Davide Coppola




Davide Coppola is borned in Trieste (Italy) in 1992. He began the musical studies at the age of 6. Currently he's attending the 3rd year of Bachelor Course of Piano with Maria Rita Verardi by the "Conservatorio Giuseppe Tartini" in Trieste. In 2008 he began the Composition Course at the same Conservatory under the guidance of Filippo Del Corno; currently he's studying with Stefano Bellon. He wrote music for theatrical pieces, dance performances, documentaries. In 2012 he transcribed for piano the "Symphony in C major" (WWV 29) by Richard Wagner for the documentary "Richard Wagner. Venetian Diary of the Lost Symphony". He participated as a chorister at the performance of the "Requiem" by Giuseppe Verdi conducted by Riccardo Muti for the commemoration of the centenary of the First World War (7 July 2014). He participated in piano masterclasses with K.Barth, E.Arciuli, R.Clini, T.Leopold, C.Karajeva, R.Dalibaltayan, M.Prause, B. Ambrosini, R.Yovchev, S. Hoeppner and L. Wong. He teaches a piano course at the International School for Advanced Studies (Sissa) in Trieste.
